went to school through primary school.
brought 1.5L bottle, full-uniform and boots!heavyy...
got biology, AMaths, Physics. then chapel time.

changed into full-u and boots, so light without the badges(=
then some sec2s nv bring the 1.5L ice mountain bottle, then ask some of them go J8 there to buy...

fall-in. Teach the sec2s about fire extinguisher, while weilin teach them hosereel. The rest of the NCOs go entertain the sec1s. Then the sec2s took the practical test. It was fun carrying out the test and i already can memorise the qns:
1.Identify the type of extinguisher.
2.Name any 4 parts of the extinguisher.
3.The steps of how to put out the fire using the fire extinguisher.
4.2 safety precautions when fighting a fire using the fire extinguisher.

okay, the qns are nt exactly the same, but in my own words, but the idea is there.
haha. i find that this time round their assessment is simple cos at the HQ we really need to put out the fires in a using extinguisher and hosereel.

drills. Nxt DM will have footdrill test and 2 DMs away will be total defence project presentation for the sec2s. About a month away...sec2s do a good job!(:

fall-out. 3 sec2s stayed back to train. ben SCLT and some of the NCOs also stay back too. Until about 7pm. hmm...test the sec2s are quite fun and we also get to revise back what we learnt at orientation and NCO course. i dun mind wearing full-u without badges for it!(: ... ... ... ...

Saturday
had karate. Physical conditioning until my legs gonna turn weak already, did dips(arm conditioning) and stuck in the mud game.
put mats and clean up the dojo until 6.30pm then free sparring and stretching.
came home at 8pm.
(i think i cannot walk tml bcos of the muscle ache i get today..)=)
but tml gotta go popular buy books to study, nxt week got lots of tests.
